Responsibilities

Perform all aspects of trial and appellate litigation domestically
Contribute to other legal matters including advising religious organizations
Address religious persecution abroad
Represent individuals fleeing such persecution in asylum proceedings
Participate in religious asylum proceedings
Prepare white papers or other reports
Research and identify potential new matters for the Clinic
Provide guidance and feedback to law students on their clinical work
