Responsibilities
Providing assistance to the judge(s), the deputy court administrator, and court administrator, as needed
Maintaining the court dockets and trials, schedules, caseloads, and managing juries for both the Auxiliary Court and Crimes Against Children (CAC) dockets
Processing all search and arrest warrant applications submitted to judge(s)
Processing all scheduling requests for use of central jury room by persons/departments other than jury services
Processing all requests from District Court bailiffs for coverage
Performing other administrative duties, including processing transfer orders for the Local Administrative Judge, and assists with budget preparation
Performing other related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Must possess the knowledge necessary to understand basic operational, technical, or office processes
Must have a level of education of four years of high school or equivalent
Must have six (6) months to one year of advanced study, in court administration or court related functions
Must have at least two to four years of relevant experience
Must possess and maintain a valid Texas Drivers License with an acceptable driving record
