Responsibilities

Design, deploy, configure, and manage Microsoft Intune for endpoint management across Windows, iOS, and Android devices
Implement and support Windows Autopilot for zero-touch device provisioning and lifecycle management
Configure and maintain device compliance policies, configuration profiles, and security baselines
Manage application deployment, patching, and updates using Intune
Integrate Intune with Azure AD / Entra ID and Microsoft 365 services
Troubleshoot and resolve device enrollment, deployment, policy, and application-related issues
Support device lifecycle management, including provisioning, replacement, refresh, and decommissioning
Ensure endpoints comply with security, governance, and organizational standards
Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and operations teams to harden endpoint environments
Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and provide knowledge transfer to L1/L2 support teams
Act as an escalation point for complex endpoint and device management issues

Required

Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune (mandatory)
Proven experience in Windows Autopilot deployment and support
Solid expertise in Azure AD / Entra ID, Conditional Access, and MDM/MAM concepts
Experience managing Windows 10 and Windows 11 enterprise environments
Good understanding of endpoint security, compliance policies, and configuration management
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with cross-functional teams

Preferred

Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and troubleshooting
