Sr Services Manager – Analytics & Tools Leader

Responsibilities
Supports the Production System HK Demand Management workstream operating cadence (HK Reviews, MOR/WOR interfaces), ensuring TTIs are clearly defined, rigorously reviewed, and acted upon
Maintains structure and co-facilitates HK Demand Management routines with senior leaders (EB/ED+), driving clarity on TTIs, progress, risks, and decisions
Coordinates cross-functional teams (Services, SIOP/S&OE, Supply Chain, Finance, DT, Commercial) to align on HK Demand Management priorities, trade-offs, and actions
Applies FLIGHT DECK Fundamentals (Operating Cadences, Daily & Visual Management, Action Planning, Problem Solving) to run an effective HK demand management workstream and connect to SQDC improvement
Uses structured problem solving (e.g., TAGS, problem-solving decision tree) and Kaizen thinking to close gaps on TTIs and critical KPIs, ensuring problems are surfaced early and addressed systematically
Designs and improves HK review content and visuals (bowlers, TTIs, A3s) so leaders can recognize status and next actions at a glance, focusing on decision-making, not just reporting
Supports leaders in prioritizing and sequencing breakthroughs and Kaizen activity in the demand value stream, balancing resource constraints with impact
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Business, Data Analytics, or related field
Demonstrated project management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives (action planning, risk management, stakeholder alignment, execution)
Strong facilitation and communication skills, including experience engaging and influencing senior leaders (EB/ED+)
Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment
Preferred
Master's degree in Engineering, Business (MBA) preferred
Experience participating in or running Hoshin Kanri or similar strategy deployment processes (e.g., TTIs, X-matrix, bowler reviews)
Experienced FLIGHT DECK practitioner, especially in: Operating Cadences (MOR, WOR, HKR, DMS), Daily & Visual Management, Action Planning, Problem Solving (SPS/APPS)
Experience in a complex industrial or aerospace environment, with exposure to demand, supply chain, or services processes
Demonstrated experience working with operating rhythms or governance processes (e.g., MOR/WOR, steering committees, portfolios)
Proven track record driving transformational or large-scale change initiatives (e.g., major process redesign, model line, or multi-site Kaizen roadmap)
Prior people-leadership experience (direct or indirect) is a plus
PMP or equivalent project/program management certification preferred
Demonstrated ability to build coalitions, navigate resistance (“antibodies”), and sustain momentum in transformation efforts
Prior experience using Miro or other virtual whiteboarding software a plus
Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills
