Monthly financial reporting (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
Job costing (labor, materials, equipment, subcontractors)
Track job profitability and identify cost overruns early
Budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning
Oversee AP/AR and support collections + vendor payments
Improve reporting and financial processes for the business
Coordinate with CPA for year-end and tax support
Qualification
Required
3+ years experience in accounting/finance (Controller, Finance Manager, or Senior Accountant)
Strong understanding of payroll, labor costs, and material-heavy jobs
Strong Excel skills
Able to work hands-on in a small business environment
Strong communication skills (can explain financials clearly)
Preferred
Construction/job costing experience strongly preferred
QuickBooks experience preferred
