Responsibilities
Lead the strategic development and implementation of business telematics solutions for non-powered transportation assets, including trailers and intermodal containers
Drive the development and optimization of Smart Trailer fleet coverage, overseeing multiple sensor systems including tire pressure monitoring, ABS, cargo cameras, and door sensors
Work closely with internal tech teams to develop scalable solutions while planning future in-house capabilities
Improve maintenance efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance delivery accuracy through data-driven decisions
Lead safety and security initiatives while ensuring seamless integration with yard management and fleet optimization systems
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
Experience in areas such as market research, statistics, finance or qualitative/quantitative research
Experience in delivering end-to-end customer research studies, including study design, fieldwork (qualitative research moderation and survey execution), analysis, recommendations, reporting and presentation of results to senior leadership
Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
5+ years of data analysis in the facilities maintenance program, specifically in asset management and spare part optimization experience
Preferred
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
Master's degree or equivalent
