Responsibilities
Support client facing teams with participant messaging, and brand guidelines that should be followed when developing materials and messaging
Develop and document necessary job aides and team procedures
Oversee vendor selection, onboarding, and performance evaluation
Negotiate contracts and service-level agreements (SLAs)
Implement governance frameworks to ensure compliance and operational efficiency
Lead merchant segmentation and behavioral analysis to inform strategy
Collaborate with agency partners to share insights which will inform messaging frameworks and strategies
Translate analytics into actionable recommendations for channel teams
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree or Military Experience
At least 4 years of professional experience at a media or advertising agency, research firm, or corporate environment in a B2B focused role (communications planner, strategic planner, account planner, data strategist, etc.)
Preferred
MBA preferred with marketing relevant coursework (esp. Market Research, Marketing, Sociology, Psychology, Behavioral Economics)
Experience working within the Payments industry or B2B financial services industry
