Responsibilities
Autonomously process accounts payable transactions using SAP FUSION, Wise, or Canada platforms
Coordinate assigned activities within the AP function to ensure timely and accurate payments
Serve as an AP Champion, ensuring compliance with client-approved policies and procedures
Collaborate with buyers, vendors, and business partners to resolve parked and blocked invoices
Respond to internal and external customer inquiries, including vendor statement reconciliation and procurement issues
Process a high volume of invoices (75–100 per day) with accuracy and efficiency
Contribute to special projects impacting shared services and overall business goals
Provide creative solutions and process improvements to enhance the AP environment
Support monthly closing cycles and peak demand periods with flexibility and overtime as needed
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma
2–4 years of accounts payable experience
Experience working with ERP systems
Basic knowledge of Accounts Payable processes
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Intermediate/advanced Excel skills required (vlookup, pivot tables)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
College degree
SAP experience
Experience with OCR systems, preferably ReadSoft
Consumer products industry background
