Responsibilities
Conduct site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits
Ensure protocol compliance, subject safety, and data integrity per ICH-GCP and regulatory standards
Perform source data verification and oversee regulatory and investigational product documentation
Identify and escalate protocol deviations and safety events
Serve as primary liaison between sponsor/CRO and study sites, providing ongoing support and oversight
Qualification
Required
Previous transplant monitoring experience – kidney a plus
Previous rare disease monitoring experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience
Ideally bilingual to monitor a site in Montreal
