Responsibilities
Designing responsive websites and native mobile applications (iOS/Android)
Creating user journeys for online and mobile banking experiences such as account onboarding, loan and credit card applications, payments, transfers, bill pay, and digital servicing flows
Conducting user research and usability testing
Creating personas, user flows, information architecture, and journey maps
Maintaining and scaling design systems and applying design methodologies such as Design Thinking, User-Centered Design (UCD), and the Double Diamond framework
Qualification
Required
Experience in UX design for financial services
Advanced proficiency in Figma, including auto layout, components, prototyping, and design systems
Experience in creating personas, user flows, information architecture, journey maps, and interactive prototypes
Conducting user research and usability testing
Familiarity with WCAG 2.x and ADA compliance, regulatory considerations, disclosures, fraud prevention, and clarity in financial UI
Experience maintaining and scaling design systems
Applying design methodologies such as Design Thinking, User-Centered Design (UCD), and the Double Diamond framework
