SAP SuccessFactors and ECC
VLink Inc is one of the fastest growing digital technology services and consulting companies. They are seeking an experienced SAP HCM professional with strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors and SAP ECC CHR Payroll to provide end-to-end support and optimization of HR and payroll processes.
Responsibilities
Configure and support SuccessFactors modules such as:
Employee Central (EC)
EC Payroll (integration-focused)
Performance & Goals, Compensation, or other modules (as applicable)
Manage data models, business rules, workflows, and security roles
Handle releases, regression testing, and system enhancements
Support data migration, imports, and integrations
Collaborate with HR stakeholders to translate business requirements into system solutions
Configure and support SAP HCM Payroll (CHR), including:
Payroll schemas and PCRs
Wage types, deductions, and statutory components
Payroll posting to Finance
Execute and support payroll runs, off-cycle payroll, and payroll corrections
Resolve payroll issues and ensure statutory compliance
Support payroll audits, reconciliations, and year-end activities
Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience with SAP ECC CHR Payroll (On-Premise)
Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, especially Employee Central
Proven experience with EC–ECC Payroll integrations
Strong understanding of payroll processes and statutory requirements
Experience with SAP transport management and system landscapes
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Bachelor's degree in IT, HR, Finance, or a related field
