Responsibilities
Support and maintain the Earned Value Management System (EVMS) and integrated project controls systems
Perform cost estimating, cost control, cost analysis, and financial reporting
Lead or supervise schedule development, maintenance, monitoring, and analysis
Identify and analyze cost and schedule trends and provide actionable insights to management
Prepare, review, and present project controls deliverables and reports
Provide technical direction and oversight for planning/scheduling and cost engineering activities
Support organizational and administrative project functions
Apply innovative, analytical solutions to complex project controls challenges
Ensure work is completed according to schedule and project requirements
Manage project budgets, cost estimating, cost control, and variance analysis
Implement corrective actions and deliver detailed, accurate status reporting
Apply expert knowledge of EVMS tools, processes, and compliance requirements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
12+ years of related project controls experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
Advanced experience in: EVMS tools and processes
Advanced experience in: Cost engineering and cost analysis/control
Advanced experience in: Planning and scheduling functions
Advanced experience in: Financial reporting systems
Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.) and discipline-specific project controls software
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Broad expertise or specialized knowledge within project controls or engineering/construction environments
