IT & Digital Transformation Manager
Apollo Solutions is a fast-growing, global manufacturing business focused on modernizing its technology landscape. The IT & Digital Transformation Manager will oversee the reliability of the IT environment while leading initiatives across ERP, analytics, cybersecurity, and digital manufacturing.
Responsibilities
Own the reliability, security, and performance of IT infrastructure across multiple sites, including cloud, networks, servers, and end-user systems
Lead cybersecurity, risk management, and compliance activities, ensuring systems meet corporate and regulatory standards
Drive ERP modernization and process automation in partnership with operations, supply chain, finance, and engineering teams
Build data, BI, and AI capabilities to deliver real-time insights, dashboards, and decision-support tools
Lead digital manufacturing and automation initiatives, including MES, IoT, and shop-floor technologies
Build and lead the IT function, managing vendors, budgets, and operating models to support business growth
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
5–10 years in IT, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role
Hands-on ERP implementation or upgrade experience (SAP, Oracle, Infor, Epicor, QAD, etc.)
Strong experience with BI tools (Power BI / Tableau), SQL, and cloud platforms (Azure / Microsoft 365)
Preferred
Experience supporting manufacturing environments
