CEO Inc. is seeking a Senior Injection Molding Process Technician who thrives in hands-on manufacturing environments. This role involves machine setup, optimization, troubleshooting, and serving as a technical resource for tooling and process development.

Responsibilities

Set up, start up, optimize, and troubleshoot injection molding machines, molds, and auxiliary equipment

Develop new molding processes and continuously improve existing ones to drive quality, consistency, and cycle efficiency

Troubleshoot complex molding issues including material variability, tooling performance, machine capability, and part defects

Serve as a technical mentor to process technicians and production teams

Create and maintain detailed process documentation, setup sheets, and troubleshooting guides

Partner with equipment and material suppliers to resolve technical challenges

Monitor mold performance, cycles, and historical tooling data to recommend preventative maintenance and refurbishments

Support safety, environmental, and ergonomic initiatives on the production floor

Required

High School Diploma or equivalent (required)

Several years of hands-on injection molding processing experience

Strong mechanical aptitude and technical problem-solving skills

Comfortable working independently on complex molding challenges

Strong hands-on expertise in injection molding machine setup and process optimization

Strong hands-on expertise in scientific molding principles

Strong hands-on expertise in mold troubleshooting and defect root cause analysis

Strong hands-on expertise in polymer materials behavior and processing windows

Strong hands-on expertise in tooling performance, wear patterns, and maintenance requirements

Experience with process validation and documentation

Experience with startups, shutdowns, and mold changeovers

Experience with continuous improvement and scrap reduction initiatives

Experience with computer-based process tracking and reporting systems

Preferred

Associate's degree or technical diploma in plastics/manufacturing
