Implement complex, multi‑layered Salesforce functionality requiring deep platform knowledge (Apex, LWC, integrations, performance tuning, security)
Ensure all solutions are scalable, performant, and adhere to architectural guidelines and engineering standards
Mentor and support developers, providing guidance on coding practices, design patterns, and technical problem‑solving
Promote consistent engineering discipline across the team, helping elevate overall development capacity
Participate in story refinement and sizing, ensuring technical clarity and feasibility
Partner closely with QA to ensure comprehensive test coverage and timely defect resolution
Contribute to continuous improvement of engineering practices, tools, and delivery processes
Advocate for high‑quality engineering practices, including optimized code, reusable patterns, test automation, and robust error handling
Support adherence to platform governance while collaborating with Solution Architects and Tech Leads
Qualification
Required
3-5 years of Salesforce development experience (must have expertise in Apex, LWC, Flows, APIs)
Experience developing in an Agile/Scrum environment
Hands‑on experience with CI/CD, DevOps practices, and automated testing frameworks
Excellent communication skills
