Responsibilities
Deliver fully updated and release conform ADAS vehicles
Perform minor/single ECU updates
Conduct full vehicle diagnosis, including quick tests, file collection, and documentation
Disassemble interior/exterior parts to replace ADAS-related ECUs and execute hardware swaps or upgrades
Perform Secure Onboard Communication procedures as required for hardware and software changes
Follow vehicle configuration guidance for all software tasks
Flash ECUs using OEM specific proprietary tools and create/modify coding files
Perform commissioning routines and document all software updates
Diagnose and replace defective ADAS measurement components ( loggers, switches, connectors, cables)
Validate compatibility of ECU and measurement system software
Ensure proper connections, secure wiring, and successful Pre Drive Tests
Verify camera positions, microphone checks, DSPC date/time settings, and overall system readiness
Perform sensor calibration and system verification
Conduct smoke tests and ensure main vehicle functions (Audio, Navi, RVS, Powertrain, Body, Connectivity, ADAS, etc.) are working correctly
Confirm that L2/L2+/L2++ systems engage with no unexpected disengagements
Check fluid levels, safety equipment, radio installation, spare tools, and ensure sensor surfaces/cameras are clean
Install development ECUs, wiring harnesses (CAN, FR, Ethernet), and measurement systems
Secure and perform measurement system checks following troubleshooting guidelines
Coordinate with planning teams for scheduling vehicles for updates
Provide weekly update capacity forecasts
Qualification
Required
3-5+ years of hands-on automotive experience
Basic understanding of vehicle architecture, networks, and interconnectivity
Vehicle level validation experience
Good understanding of embedded software and systems
Bachelor's degree in automotive engineering/electrical engineering/computer engineering/Mechatronics Engineering
Preferred
Experience with ADAS measurement systems and vehicle network troubleshooting
