Responsibilities
Cold call and set up meetings with service partners
Work with team to develop proposals that address client needs, concerns, and objectives
Participate in pricing the solution/service
Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements, and working through differences to a positive conclusion. Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately
Present new services and enhance existing relationships
Work with technical staff, internal colleagues, and service partners to meet customer needs
Arrange and participate in collecting and presenting data sharing updates regarding properties current conditions
Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends
Consult with mid and senior level management on property specific trends with a view of developing resolution to issues and avoiding them moving forward
Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique position on superior customer interactions while providing quality services at fair values
Submit weekly progress reports and ensure data is accurate
Enter and manage data accurately within the company’s operating platform
Forecast and meet deadlines
Track and record activity on accounts
Qualification
Required
Must be self-motivated, organized, and diligent
Position can be remote or report to headquarters if living in Palm Beach County FL
2 - 4 years' proven work experience in an account management role
Must occasionally lift up to 10 pounds
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and some sort of proprietary operating platform
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Preferred
High school diploma and college degree preferred but not mandatory
