Responsibilities
Write, manage and support communication efforts for a variety of change initiatives as well as day-to-day communication needs
Develop, maintain and report on an overall integrated delivery / adoption plan related to critical change initiatives for the company
Develop communication materials, key messages and collaborate with subject matter experts on communication deliverables and continuous improvement ideas
Identifying and evangelizing reasons why we are changing and the benefits to be delivered from the planned change
