Understands how to communicate to others to convey information effectively as well as communicating effectively in writing as appropriate for the needs of the audience
Knowledge of financial services industry trends, directions, major issues, regulatory considerations and trendsetters; ability to provide specific financial knowledge and experience to help organizational development
Knowledge of and ability to utilize processes, tools, and techniques for detecting, addressing and preventing fraudulent situations

Creativity and alternative thinking to develop new ideas for and answers to work-related problems
Ability considering the relative risks and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one
Determination on how money will be spent to get the work done, and accounting for these expenditures

Requires obtaining and seeing the appropriate use of equipment, facilities, and materials needed to do certain work

Required

Bachelor's Degree from accredited university in a Business-Related Field, High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) is required
10-15 years of relevant work experience
More than 10 years with relevant Financial Services Industry Experience
8-10 years of Supervisory/Managerial roles
