Responsibilities

Provide technical oversight and manage electrical design teams across data center projects
Develop design fees, work plans, and staffing/resource plans
Lead Engineers, Designers, and Modeling staff assigned to projects
Coordinate closely with Project Managers on scope, schedule, effort, and deliverables
Resolve complex engineering and coordination challenges
Lead CAC efforts and support preconstruction and estimating
Attend design meetings and conduct job site visits as needed
Perform value engineering studies
Coordinate with city, state, and county officials
Act as Engineer of Record for assigned projects

Required

BS in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)
8+ years of engineering experience
Active U.S. Professional Engineer (P.E.) license
Strong knowledge of electrical systems design, testing, and commissioning
Experience with fee development, resource planning, and staff oversight
Strong communication and leadership skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office

Preferred

Field experience strongly preferred
Oracle preferred
