Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth fundamental research on public companies, including financial statement analysis, valuation modeling, and competitive positioning
Generate investment ideas and present findings to the investment team
Monitor portfolio holdings and industry trends, including earnings, news, and macro developments
Meet with company management teams, industry experts, and sell-side analysts
Prepare written research reports and investment memoranda
Collaborate with portfolio managers to support portfolio construction and risk analysis

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
3-10 years of experience in credit or equity research, asset management, or a related analytical role
Strong financial modeling and valuation skills
Excellent analytical, quantitative, and critical-thinking abilities
Clear written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and intellectual curiosity

Preferred

CFA designation or progress toward the CFA is a plus
