Responsibilities
HCM Techno functional lead with Integration exp
10 Years of techno-functional experience in Oracle Fusion HCM
Strong knowledge of Core HR Absence Management
Proficient in creating and updating BIP OTBI reports in Oracle HCM
Excellent hands-on experience with various HDL Loaders and HCM extract
Create updated BI Publisher reports, e.g
Customisations using page application composer design studio, VBS, etc
Hands-on in fast formulas DFF, EFF, KFF, etc
Familiar with OIC to facilitate integration analysis and design with impact analysis
Review of technical design, integration testing reports, validation, data conversion, and validation
Well-versed in data migration approach from design to validation with users
Testing Experience to perform testing and coordinate with users to perform testing
Preparing test cases based on Business scenarios
Executing test cases in DEV and SIT
Documenting reporting test results
Integrations Experience to perform interface Impact Analysis
Coordination with downstream system owners for integration testing and impact analysis
Perform End-to-end Integration testing
Ability to drive technical design sessions for new integration requirements
Competent in leading a team of Oracle HCM consultants
