Responsibilities

Work under limited supervision to design, deploy, maintain, and monitor MDT and MECM/SCCM infrastructure
Configure application deployments for endpoint devices
Improve endpoint compliance, security, and operational efficiency
Monitor performance, event logs, and security controls of MECM/SCCM environment
Provide operational support, documentation, and knowledge transfer
Maximize security controls using industry best practices
Support and adhere to change management processes
Identify risks and communicate them to the CIO and IT team
Support image testing, issue tracking, sign-off, and standard imaging tools
Collaborate with IT teams, business employees, and vendor partners

Qualification

Required

5+ years enterprise MECM/SCCM and MDT administration
5+ years Windows OS, software, and image deployment & refreshes
Skilled in multiple OS image development & implementation
5+ years experience in SUP and WSUS integrations with SQL server
Experience with Active Directory, ENTRA AD/ADDC Hybrid, M365 administration
Experience with Microsoft Intune (co-management) and ENTRA Defender for Endpoint (MDE)
Skilled in discovery methods (AD systems, user, group, ENTRA AD/ADDC Hybrid)
Understanding of hardware/software inventory, boundary groups, site systems, distribution points, content strategy

Preferred

Expert in Windows infrastructure, logging, and event handling
Working knowledge of client settings, deployment strategies, and 3rd party software support
Expert in compliance settings, baselines, and client health
Expert in PowerShell, scripting, logon scripts, and optimizations
Expert with automated OS, driver, GPO, and task sequence deployments
Familiarity with high availability environments
Advanced understanding of DNS, DHCP, PXE, and related protocols
Good organization, time management, and interpersonal skills
