InternDigital Realty is a global, publicly traded real estate and infrastructure company seeking a highly motivated Legal Intern to join their Legal team for the summer. The intern will gain hands-on experience in various legal matters while working closely with experienced attorneys.

Responsibilities
Conduct legal research and support issue analysis across corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters
Assist attorneys with contract review, document analysis, and legal drafting support
Support corporate governance and compliance activities, including preparation and organization of materials
Assist with drafting internal legal memos, summaries, and presentations
Support cross-functional initiatives involving Finance, Tax, HR, and Operations
Participate in team and global meetings to understand the role of Legal in a global organization
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a JD degree or enrolled in an accredited law school
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
Ability to synthesize complex legal concepts and communicate them clearly
High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word and Outlook
