Responsibilities
Manage multiple large-scale architectural millwork projects simultaneously from award through closeout
Own project financial performance, including budgets, forecasting, and cost-to-complete reporting
Develop and maintain master project schedules aligned with production and field installation milestones
Lead cross-functional coordination between engineering, production, purchasing, and installation teams
Monitor contract scope and proactively manage change orders, risks, and schedule impacts
Prepare and present weekly project status reports and drive resolution of cost, schedule, and production variances
Complete weekly Cost-to-Complete (CTC) forecasting and support monthly financial reporting
Coordinate directly with general contractors, owners, architects, and field teams to resolve technical and construction issues
Ensure projects meet quality standards, contract requirements, and delivery timelines
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational and execution skills in a deadline-driven construction environment
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Strong communication and negotiation skills with internal teams and external partners
Ability to operate independently with strong accountability and follow-through
Solid working knowledge of architectural millwork fabrication, finishing, and installation processes
5+ years of Project Management experience in millwork, construction, or specialty subcontracting
Experience with project financial management, forecasting, and reporting required
Preferred
Experience managing commercial construction projects preferred
Working knowledge of industry programs and standards (AWS, QCP, FSC, LEED) preferred
