Responsibilities
Works with Project and Construction Managers to ensure that all construction activities are properly supervised and documented
A daily report on activities will be kept and submitted to supervisor daily
Daily picture documentation of work site conditions and progress will be taken, labeled and submitted according to instructions
Travel to various job sites as required
Practices and enforces safety awareness. Identifies and reports any possible safety or environmental issues immediately to the supervisor
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or equivalent
Demonstrated proficiency to interact with others in a tactful and effective manner
Ability to prioritize tasks and work with interruptions
Ability to understand and carry out complex oral and written instructions
Interpersonal and customer service skills to deal positively with colleagues, employees, and vendors including governmental agency employees
An equivalent combination of education and experience which provides proficiency in the areas of responsibility listed above may be substituted for the above education and experience requirements
This is a physical job that requires lifting, bending, climbing into vehicles and trailers, and use of a step ladder
Employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and talk or hear
Employee is required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch and or crawl
Employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
Employee will be expected to use hand tools (shovels, rakes, augers) for site investigation and restoration work
Employee is expected to report for work on time, have reliable transportation, and be dressed for physical labor in all weather conditions
Travel by automobile and overnight stays will be required at the sole discretion of the Company
Overtime is expected in accordance with workload and job completion schedules
Valid Department of Motor Vehicle Driver's License
