Responsibilities
Train, lead, and support client service team members
Maintain updated software skills, understanding of company processes and procedures, and vendor and product knowledge
Manage Business Office and cashier operations to support the sales team and ensure Kittle’s standards of service, efficiency, and accuracy are met
Act as liaison with clients, other stores and departments to answer questions and resolve issues
Monitor store traffic, staffing and coordinate with other managers
Qualification
Required
Previous retail management or client service management experience
Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Ability to lead and motivate a team
Strong attention to detail and client-service focus
