Responsibilities
Provide responsive technical support, resolving issues via phone, email, chat, and onsite support to minimize downtime
Troubleshoot and support Seed-to-Sale systems, hardware, software, network, and security devices, escalating issues clearly when needed
Support new location launches by setting up workstations, network infrastructure, and security systems
Partner with managers and vendors to resolve system and equipment issues efficiently and professionally
Proactively monitor and maintain network, security, and technology uptime across state facilities
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in IT support, technology infrastructure, or security systems
Comfortable supporting users across multiple channels and working onsite as needed, including a rotating on-call schedule
Proficient in Windows with strong written and verbal communication skills
Professional, dependable, and able to maintain confidentiality in a regulated environment
