Responsibilities
Originate, evaluate, analyze, and conduct due diligence on potential investment opportunities in the digital and communications infrastructure sector
Support investment thesis development
Manage and drive transaction processes from end-to-end, directing both internal and external resources
Support the development of junior team members
Oversee existing portfolio company performance
Formulate and execute business plans
Manage key company initiatives in collaboration with management
Actively participate in board meetings to inform strategic discussions and help drive long-term value creation
Qualification
Required
2-4 years of experience in private equity or M&A/advisory
Demonstrated familiarity with infrastructure investing and the broader technology and communications landscape
Broad transaction experience
Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
Ability to quickly learn new skills in a fast-paced environment
Proven entrepreneurial spirit and leadership capabilities
