Operations Recruiter
Hi-Vac Corporation is looking for an energetic and experienced Operations Recruiter responsible for the full-cycle recruiting process. This role is critical in identifying, screening, and selecting high-quality candidates to meet the staffing needs of manufacturing and plant operations.

Responsibilities
Execute an overall recruiting strategy for manufacturing type positions
Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
Team up with hiring managers to understand the requirements of each position
Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
Prepare and post jobs to appropriate ATS, job boards, talent partner platforms
Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, and innovative methods
Screen candidate's resumes and job applications
Conduct interviews using various reliable personnel selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
Monitor and apply recruiting best practices
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations
Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience in recruiting
Experience recruiting in a manufacturing environment a plus
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and strategies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as a strong sense of urgency
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems
