Responsibilities
Develop and produce mid- to high-complexity departmental reports and spreadsheets, including project/product strategy analysis, historical reporting, workflow analysis, and financial analysis
Identify trends and emerging issues, develop project plans, organize events, synthesize stakeholder input, and communicate findings via white papers, reports, etc
Perform complex analysis and judgment across multiple disciplines to support business decisions
Analyze large datasets and deliver actionable insights to management
Drive continuous process improvement and automation, including documentation and custom tools
Contribute to planning and execution of new projects to meet business objectives
Take a lead role in audit support activities including compliance testing and user recertifications
Manage implementation of new systems, products, or regulatory changes
Act as a liaison with vendors and tech teams for system support and issue resolution
Adhere to compliance and operational risk policies and internal control standards
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in a reporting or data analytics role
Experience with Alteryx for building automated workflows, data blending, and streamlining ETL processes across large datasets
Advanced SQL skills, including writing complex queries, joins, and stored procedures to support in-depth data analysis and validation
Proficiency in Power BI, with the ability to develop interactive dashboards, data models, and visualizations tailored to stakeholder needs
Strong data storytelling and visualization abilities, translating analytical findings into actionable business insights for non-technical audiences
Working knowledge of data governance, data quality, and metadata management practices to ensure reporting accuracy and consistency
