Lead and support assigned crew in daily work activities while reinforcing company policies and work standards
Organize daily tasks, assign work, and set the pace for production
Coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment needs to support daily operations
Assist with planning daily work activities based on production goals and site conditions
Communicate material and equipment needs to supervision
Read and interpret plans and specifications to ensure work is completed correctly
Lead by example with a strong focus on safety and quality
Qualification
Required
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in concrete or heavy civil construction
Valid Class B CDL (required)
Equipment operator experience required
Ability to read and understand blueprints and plans
Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
Self‑motivated, safety‑oriented, and team‑focused
Preferred
Concrete construction background preferred
