Mid LevelTharseo IT is seeking a Help Desk Analyst to support VSP’s background check program using criminal justice data. The role involves interacting with employers to set up and maintain accounts, ensuring users have access to the employer ePortal, and performing various related duties.

Responsibilities
Support VSP’s new job applicant background check and employment background check program
Interact with employers by email, telephone and other means to set up and maintain employer accounts
Determine if an employer is qualified to have a VSP account
Set up the account
Establish account users
Assist with getting users access to the employer ePortal
Update account information and user information
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Advanced computer skills are required that aligns with the Job Description
Ability to multitask and to determine root cause of problems and implement solutions
Customer relations skills
Good verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook)
