12+ years expCoforge is seeking a Data Product Delivery & Analysis Manager to lead the execution and delivery of enterprise data products and analysis solutions. This role involves managing the end-to-end delivery process using Agile methods and collaborating with business stakeholders to turn data into measurable insights.

Responsibilities
Manage delivery of multiple data products from intake through release, including requirements, sprint execution, UAT, and post-launch enhancements
Lead Agile ceremonies and execution routines (backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews/demos, retrospectives)
Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, align expectations, and ensure analysis deliverables support decision-making
Ensure data products meet standards for: data validation and reconciliation, KPI definition consistency and governance compliance, documentation, metadata, and usability, role-based access and security controls, reliability and performance
Facilitate resolution of KPI/requirements disagreements by documenting options, clarifying impacts, driving decisions, and securing stakeholder alignment
Coordinate frequent collaboration with data engineering and BI teams—including informal/unscheduled check-ins—to unblock work, validate logic, and troubleshoot discrepancies
Support analysis execution by validating metrics, interpreting trends, and helping stakeholders identify actionable insights
Qualification
Required
12+ Years of experience
4+ years of experience in data product delivery, analysis delivery, product ownership, project management, or BI program management
Strong experience managing delivery using Agile methods (Scrum)
Proven ability to coordinate across business and technical teams and manage competing priorities
Experience writing requirements (user stories, acceptance criteria) and driving UAT/sign-off
Strong meeting facilitation, stakeholder communication, and issue resolution skills
Preferred
Experience in distribution, supply chain, logistics, retail, or building materials
Familiarity with BI tools (Looker & Tableau) and modern data platforms (BigQuery, Snowflake, etc.)
Experience with data governance concepts such as KPI standardization, documentation, and data quality checks
