Responsibilities

Lead internal operations across Accounting, HR admin, and IT coordination
Manage contract administration, compliance, renewals, and documentation
Oversee AP/AR processes and ensure accuracy of financial workflows
Coordinate company insurance policies and benefits provider relationships
Conduct job cost analysis and support profitability reporting
Manage payroll reporting and submissions
Maintain cash flow forecasting, cash needs, and working capital oversight
Lead vendor negotiations and equipment purchase planning
Oversee asset management and fixed asset tracking
Analyze financial statements and provide insights to leadership
Partner with external legal counsel on contracts, compliance, and filings

Required

Hands-on, detail-oriented accounting and operations leadership experience

Experience in managing contract administration, compliance, renewals, and documentation
Knowledge of AP/AR processes and ensuring accuracy of financial workflows
Experience coordinating company insurance policies and benefits provider relationships
