The In House Marketing Manager will collaborate with on-property Marketing teams and Sales leadership to drive efficiencies and increase revenue while managing and developing the team’s talent.

Responsibilities

Responsible for developing and leading site initiatives for the Marketing team to achieve targeted sales and service
Staffs and manages the team’s talent, including training, communicating, mentoring and coaching in order for the team to reach maximum performance
Develops, maintains, and monitors individual and group performance reports of the on-property team
Completes other duties and tasks, as assigned by management

Qualification

Timeshare experiencePeople managementTimeshare Marketing experienceHigh School Diploma/GEDFlexible schedule

Required

High School Diploma/GED
Able to work flexible schedules including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
Minimum 1 year of timeshare experience
Minimum 1 year of people management experience

Preferred

Timeshare Marketing experience with Hilton Grand Vacations
