Responsibilities
Provide expert technical assistance via phone, email, and other communication channels
Develop innovative solutions to complex industrial automation challenges
Match competitor products with Turck equivalents and find alternatives for out-of-stock items
Conduct feasibility tests and research for proposed Turck solutions
Assist in commissioning and troubleshooting Turck products
Continuously expand your knowledge of Turck's product line and industry trends
Identify and submit sales leads from customer interactions
Document and report any product errors or bugs
Collaborate with other departments on cross-functional projects
Provide training to internal and external stakeholders
Handle complex cases beyond the scope of first-level application engineers
Qualification
Required
4-year technical college degree OR 2-year technical degree with 2+ years of experience in mechanical, electrical or industrial work
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for learning and staying current with industrial automation technology
4-year technical college degree with 2+ years of related experience, OR 2-year technical degree with 4+ years of experience in mechanical, electrical, or industrial work
Preferred
Experience in technical writing
