Responsibilities
Manage assigned projects from kickoff through closeout with accountability for scope, schedule, and coordination
Track project plans, milestones, risks, and dependencies
Coordinate day-to-day execution across engineering, field teams, vendors, and customers
Prepare clear status updates, forecasts, and issue escalations for PMO leadership
Support continuous improvement of PMO tools, templates, and processes
Qualification
Required
2–6 years of project or program management experience
Experience supporting or managing technical, infrastructure, or systems-based projects
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable working in structured, deadline-driven environments
Clear written and verbal communication
Preferred
Exposure to public safety, telecom, aviation, or government customers
PMP, CAPM, or similar certification (or progress toward one)
Experience working with subcontractors or vendors
