OPS Social Media Liaison
The University of Florida is seeking an OPS Social Media Liaison to manage and enhance the Dial Center's digital and social media presence. This role involves collaborating with faculty and students to develop engaging content strategies and performing light administrative tasks.

Responsibilities
Manage and grow the Dial Center’s online presence across Facebook, Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), and LinkedIn
Collaborate with faculty, staff, and student groups to highlight courses, events, and achievements
Partner with CLAS Communications to maintain accurate and engaging website content
Design and distribute promotional materials such as flyers, infographics, and social media posts
Develop creative strategies to increase engagement and audience reach
Respond to messages, comments, and audience inquiries in a timely, professional manner
Track and analyze engagement metrics to inform future content strategies
Perform light administrative duties around the Dial Center office, such as greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and making copies, especially when the office manager is not present
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent and one year of appropriate experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Preferred
Proficiency with social media platforms and management tools (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn)
Experience creating digital media using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design platforms
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a small team
Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools to measure audience engagement
