Required
15–20 years of progressive experience in capital markets, investment banking, private equity, asset management, or related financial services fields
Demonstrated experience leading capital markets initiatives, including equity, debt, structured finance, or other capital-raising activities
Proven ability to manage end-to-end investment processes, from origination and due diligence to execution and post-transaction analysis
Extensive hands-on experience in financial modeling, valuation, and investment analysis for complex transactions
Track record of developing and executing capital allocation and investment strategies aligned with corporate growth objectives
Experience working directly with institutional investors, financial advisors, legal counsel, and senior stakeholders
Prior experience leading, mentoring, or managing high-performing finance or investment teams
