Responsibilities
Analyze business margins and identify variances by region, key account, and product
Support new business development through monthly and quarterly financial analysis
Perform fixed cost analysis by function and region
Prepare monthly global RCG reporting with commentary
Own Volume, Sales & Margin (VPM) consolidation
Ensure budget deck consistency
Support regional controllers during budget preparation
Drive reporting governance and standardization across the GBU
Ensure reconciliation between VPM and P&L
Coordinate global sales and fixed cost data collection
Maintain global reporting databases
Identify process gaps and recommend improvements
Conduct global studies on accounting practices and SAP usage
Support Product Line Marketing and Key Account Managers on:
Connected Product initiatives
Sourcing models
Pricing strategy analysis
Complies with all EHS, OSHA, EPA, and company safety requirements
Qualification
Required
BS/BA in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively under tight deadlines
Preferred
5+ years experience in Finance, Accounting, or Audit
Business unit support or advanced analysis experience
Experience with SAP, OneStream, or Power BI
