Responsibilities
Data Analysis: Utilize CRM software (Salesforce.com and Qlik) to analyze customer data and sales pipeline to identify opportunities to enhance sales process and programs
Team Collaboration: Working closely with marketing, sales and finance teams to drive strategies that enhance customer relationships and create
System Management: Manage CRM, ensure sales team’s needs are met, drive CRM engagement to support strong pipeline development, sales cycle management and forecast accuracy
Sales Enablement Training: Developing training for our sales processes and CRM (Salesforce.com)
Sales Process Optimization: Analyzing sales processes to identify gaps and implement improvements
Sales Enablement Tools: Provide tools and resources to support sales teams in achieving their targets
Performance Analysis: Monitoring sales pipeline and sales performance and providing insights to drive sales growth. Maintaining MBOs and key performance metrics for leadership and making recommendations as business needs evolve
Sales Support: Collaborating across the organization to improve sales support processes around customer service, pricing discipline, sales programs and supporting new product submissions
Strategy Development: Support CCO and Sales Leadership in Quarterly Business Reviews, Strategic Planning Process and revenue forecasting
Collaboration: Working closely with sales leadership to align strategies and ensure effective communication
Qualification
Required
Bachelors degree
Salesforce.com Admin Certification or 5+ years working with configuration and reporting in Salesforce.com
