Responsibilities
Act as the main day-to-day contact for assigned clients
Participate in and lead client meetings as needed
Help ensure alignment between client expectations and project progress
Coordinate with internal team members to gather updates and information
Assist with documenting decisions, action items, and next steps
Support project workflows and internal processes
Help identify when additional expertise is needed and bring in the appropriate team members
Develop a working understanding of supported eCommerce platforms, including Shopify
Ask informed questions related to platform capabilities and limitations
Support conversations related to project needs, requirements, and changes
Help ensure project-related information is clearly communicated and documented
Qualification
Required
Experience working in a digital agency or similar client-facing environment
Familiarity with Shopify setup, development, or administration
Completed coursework or training related to web development, eCommerce, UX, or digital systems
Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple conversations
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfort working directly with clients
Ability to stay organized and manage details across multiple projects
Willingness to learn platform-specific and process-related concepts
Preferred
Familiarity with project or task management tools
