Candidate needs to flexible when it comes to change management in a face-paced environment
Expert logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems
Expert communication to others to convey information effectively as well as communicating effectively in writing as appropriate for the needs of the audience
Advanced knowledge of financial services industry trends, directions, major issues, regulatory considerations and trendsetters; ability to provide specific financial knowledge and experience to help organizational development
Basic knowledge of and ability to utilize processes, tools, and techniques for detecting, addressing and preventing fraudulent situations
Expert creativity and alternative thinking to develop new ideas for and answers to work-related problems
Expert ability considering the relative risks and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one
Advanced determination on how money will be spent to get the work done, and accounting for these expenditures
Advanced motivating, developing, and directing people as they work, identifying the best people for the job
Requires obtaining and seeing the appropriate use of equipment, facilities, and materials needed to do certain work
Expert ability to come up with unusual or clever ideas about a given topic or situation, or to develop creative ways to solve a problem

More than 10 years in Supervisory/Managerial roles
