Responsibilities

Identify and develop actionable recommendations to improve data validity and reliability across various data source systems and repositories

Assess and review all departmental data sources and previously developed threat assessment reports

Conduct thorough analysis through stakeholder and subject matter expert interviews, system and data source user shadowing, and review of training materials

Analyze data source system tables and synthesize, prioritize, and present threats to data validity and reliability (excluding data security threats)

Develop and present actionable recommendations to mitigate identified threats to data quality

Collaborate with management, program personnel, and IT to ensure understanding and effective communication of complex issues

Utilize strong analytical, interpersonal, and project management skills to manage projects and build relationships across teams

Employ advanced skills with MS Excel, Power Query, and data warehouse tools to analyze structured and unstructured data

Participate in daily check-ins during onboarding and training for progress tracking and support
