Teller Supervisor
TENCU is a member-centric credit union seeking a motivated and personable Teller Supervisor to oversee operations at their Cool Springs branch. This role ensures smooth teller line operations, exceptional member service, and achievement of branch goals through referrals and cross-selling.

Responsibilities
Supervise teller line operations and staff performance
Ensure compliance with operational procedures and regulatory standards
Conduct performance reviews and recommend salary adjustments
Maintain interior and exterior Credit Union assets, equipment, supplies, facilities and grounds
Communicate regularly with staff and leadership on goals and performance
Support community outreach and marketing efforts
Monitor and report on branch transactions, corrections, and audits
Collaborate with Risk Management and Internal Audit
Assist with operational reporting and documentation
Perform other duties as assigned (please note this role may sometimes work more than 40 hours a week.)
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Some college in business or related field plus 1 year of management experience required; or 3 years of financial institution experience with 2 years in management required
Strong knowledge of credit union operations and regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
Minimum typing speed of 40 wpm and maintain 95% accuracy
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
Ability to travel to attend in-person meetings at the Main location
Ability to sit and use a computer for extended periods
Ability to move throughout the branch and lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to drive a credit union vehicle
To be hired for this position the candidate must pass a drug screen and background check
