Oracle Services Account Manager
Fusion Plus Solutions, Inc. is seeking an Oracle Services Account Manager responsible for driving revenue by selling Oracle Cloud products and services. This role involves managing the full sales cycle while acting as a trusted advisor to align solutions with client business goals.
Responsibilities
Sales Execution: Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet or exceed revenue quotas for Oracle products and services
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives, to influence IT roadmaps
Consultative Selling: Analyze client needs to develop tailored solution proposals, presentations, and value propositions
Pipeline Management: Manage forecasting, lead qualification, and CRM documentation
Strategic Collaboration: Partner with sales engineering, marketing, and third-party partners to drive adoption
Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and business agreements
Qualification
Required
5–8+ years of technology field sales experience, particularly in cloud (SaaS/IaaS/PaaS) or managed services
Strong understanding of Oracle's technology stack (Cloud, Database, Middleware)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience
Deep familiarity with specific industry sectors (e.g., Mid-market)
Ability to articulate complex technical solutions and AI-enabled services
Dedicated to ensuring client success post-sale to encourage renewal and growth
