Responsibilities
Working with our internal team and external counsel to support the process of business immigration for current and future employees. This includes outlining the factors involved in a visa case for candidates and employees, coordinating with recruiters, managers, and candidates/employees to get the necessary information and documents, tracking and following up on SLAs, and maintaining data integrity across our systems
Providing excellent white-glove service to our internal clients, and ensuring a smooth and positive candidate and employee experience with clear, kind, and responsive communication
Ensuring domestic and international compliance from an employer perspective and overseeing immigration accounts and proper documentation storage (E-Verify, MyUSCIS, Google Drive, etc.)
Identifying and collaborating on process improvement initiatives in our immigration processes, and making sure our documentation/policies are up to date, accessible, and easy to understand for fellow Ants
Qualification
Required
3+ years of immigration experience
At least a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Strong communicator, particularly in writing
Reliable and responsive
Organized and detail-oriented
Service-oriented
Preferred
Experience in a fast-paced and dynamic startup environment
Strong passion for immigration work
