Responsibilities

Server board design (NPU/GPU/custom blocks, high power + high speed)
Custom silicon exposure (analog/mixed-signal/digital)
Signal Integrity / Power Integrity, Power management, server architecture
High-speed interfaces: PCIe Gen5/6, LPDDR5/6, USB 3.x, Ethernet, M.2, U.2, CSI/DSI, MCIO/HSIO
PCB stack-up, controlled impedance routing, complex topologies
Board bring-up, validation, debugging, failure analysis
Lab equipment: high-end oscilloscopes, DMM, FG, power supply, electronic loads
Schematic capture & documentation: Orcad / Dx Designer / EDA / CAD
