Business Banking Relationship Manager III

The Business Banking Relationship Manager III will manage a portfolio of business banking clients, build strong relationships, and ensure client satisfaction while delivering tailored financial solutions.
Responsibilities
Managing a portfolio of business banking clients
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Identifying opportunities to grow revenue through cross-selling and up-selling financial products and services
Ensuring superior client satisfaction
Assessing clients' needs
Delivering tailored financial solutions
Monitoring account performance
Maintaining compliance with bank policies and regulations
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in relationship management, client development, and customer service in the banking or financial services industry
Strong knowledge of financial products, credit analysis, and business banking services
Ability to analyze financial statements and assess creditworthiness to make sound recommendations
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients and colleagues
Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple client accounts and meet objectives efficiently
Ability to work on-site and engage face-to-face with clients in New Castle County, DE
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience); advanced education or certifications in finance are a plus
Preferred
Familiarity with banking regulatory requirements and compliance standards is preferred
